Ingredients
- 1 cup sago (saboodana)
- 400 g Potatoes
- 2 tbsp coriander chopped
- 2 tsp Chilies chopped green
- to taste rock salt (sendha namak)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup Peanuts roasted n crushed
- 1/2 tbsp Coriander Seeds
- 1/2 tbsp zeera pwdr

Instructions
- Soak the saboodana (sago) in water for 30 mins.
- Drain and set aside.
- Boil the potatoes till done.
- Peel and mash fine.
- Add the soaked saboodanan, green chilies, coriander, coriander seeds, sesame seeds, roasted n crushed peanuts, zeera powder and salt to the potatoes and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into 10 equal parts.
- Shape them round, log, heart or a patty and shallow fry in medium hot oil till golden.
- Serve with tomato sauce, chutney or lemon wedges.
