Pumpkin and Peanut Sabzi is a delicious vegetarian recipe made with ripe pumkins and ground peanuts with a prominent flavor of garlic. I’ve been loving this recipe so much that nowdays we often make it on weekends and enjoy this delicacy with hot and fluffy Rotis.
Do you know, that pumpkin offer vitamin C, vitamin E, iron, folate and all of which strengthen your immune system. More pumpkin in your diet can help your immune cells work better to ward off germs and speed healing when you get a wound. Pumpkin and Peanut sabzi has all my heart and im absolutely in love with the array of flavors this recipe has to offer. From sweetness of pumpkin to the bit of peanuts, this recipe has a robustness that tastes best when paired with ghee and chapatis.
