Do you often struggle with left overs and think how to reuse them? Well you are on the right place then … I recently had a get together at home and was left with almost a bog bowl of Paneer Chili. Didn’t wanted to serve it again to my son hence tried reusing it in a fun way that pleases my son and also looks interesting and inviting to have more. Paneer Chili Mustard Wrap that is quick and a great way to reuse your left over paneer chili and even left over paratha or roti. Though you can always make fresh filling and fresh to assemble this wrap but i tried reusing the left overs. There is no particular recipe for this wrap hence you can anyday add in your variations and innovate new recipes using your creative mind.

For making this Paneer Chili Mustard Wrap i used Abbie’s American Yellow Mustard Sauce. It’s a sauce made with mustard and can be used as a dip or even goes well in sandwiches, burgers or wraps. In America, Mustard Sauce is quintessentially used in Hot Dogs and Burgers. Abbie’s Yellow Mustard is a wonderful addition to your dinner table. Enjoy the exciting taste sensation by adding it to your meal.

How to make Paneer Chili ?

I have already shared the Paneer Chili Recipe earlier in my blog. Jumping directly to the wrap, all you need to do is make some fresh paneer chili or use the left over paneer chili and reheat it. Take a roti, paratha or tortilla wrap and spread some mayonnaise all over. Place spoon full of paneer chili in the center and drizzle some mustard sauce over. Wrap the roti to secure the filling and serve immediately.


Is It A Kids Friendly Recipe ?

Yes, this is an ideal recipe for kids lunch box or you may even take this along in your picnics. You can add fillings of your choice or even of your kid’s choice. Non veg lovers can make these wraps using chili chicken or even chicken tikka.

Recipe Notes
  • You can line a lettuce leaf or even add some raw vegetables to get the extra bite and crunch.
  • You can replace paneer chili with mushroom chili, gobhi chili etc.
  • The mustard wrap also goes well with mutton kheema filling.
  • Non veg lovers can add left over chili chicken or chicken tikka as well.
