- Peal, cut and slices onions length wise and keep aside.
- Grate the cheese and keep aside.
- Heat a non stick pan and add onions and saute it.
- Add grated cheese and mix well with the onions.
- As the cheese starts melting add the oregano and chilli flakes and salt as required.
- Mix them all nicely. Keep the gas flames on low and keep stirring so that the cheese and the spices get properly coated on onions.
- Turn off the gas flames and allow the stuffing to cool.
- Take the flour in a bowl and add one beaten egg into it with salt and 1tsp oil.
- Knead them all well to make a smooth dough.
- Now divided the dough into small equal sized balls and shape them into a thin roti one by one.
- Place the onion cheese stuffing with a spoon on each roti and roll them inwards and seal the corners by applying lil water or cornflour solution with your finger tip.
- For making cornflour solution all u need is 2tblspn cornflour in a bowl. Add water to make it a solution. Remember the solution should not be too thick or thin. The consistency should be flowing not running.
- Now as your rolls are ready, take one roll and dip into cornflour solution and coat it with sesame seeds and keep aside.
- With the same method continue doing the same with the other rolls too.
- Heat oil in a wok for deep frying.
- As the oil is hot simmer the flame and place one rolls at a time and fry from all sides.
- Similarly fry all the prepared rolls one by one till golden in color. Place them on a tissue/blotting paper to remove excess oil.
- Your cheese onion sesame rolls are ready to serve.
Serve hot with your favorite chutney or sauce. A perfect Tea-time snack!
