Ever since i got my Philips Air Fryer, i had been wanting to try and post some lip smacking air fryer recipes in a separate column. Though i have been making
a lot of healthy recipes in the air fryer but actually never got a chance to update one in my blog. My new Philips HD922 Air Fryer came into my life as a blessing in disguise. Now say NO to all deep fried stuffs and HELLO to air fried snacks. Food cooked in hot air gives a similar texture and taste as to what the fried items give, but the best part is that you intake hardly a teaspoon of oil as compared to those deep fried oily snacks.
My first post for the Air Fried recipe category is the very famous Punjabi Samosa. Crispy and crunchy samosa stuffed with spicy potato filling takes hardly 15 mins to air fry and leaves you guilt free all life. These guilt free, air fried samosas requires hardly a tea spoon of oil. Just brush the outer cover with oil gently and place them in the air fryer and your delicious tea time snack is ready o be consumed without any fear of getting extra calories.
One deep fried samosa has 800 calories where as one air fried samosa cuts it off to 150 calories. Isn’t it amazing?
Those who are health freaks and doesn’t want to intake any carbohydrate can always replace potato filling and go for a healthy option like mix veggies, lentils, paneer etc.
So let us quickly proceed to check the simple ingredients required and how the air fryer does wonders to your food ….
