A big hello to all the lovely people! It’s weekend again and time to indulge into some yummy food. How many of you go outing on weekends? Well I prefer staying back home because that’s the only time when I get a little time for myself to rest. No workout, only sleep .. haha!
We Indians have a tendency to hog on Sundays specially, hence it’s equally important for us to detox our body and make space for good health and wellness.
Summer is the best time to intake some great yummy thirst quencher that equally detox our mind body and soul. .

Watermelon, pomegranate, lemon, ginger, mint and honey…. yeah, that’s my detox for the day! Ain’t that beautiful? It’s refreshing, filling, great antioxidant and keeps you hydrated whole day. It’s an easy, rich in vitamins and essentials nutrients and a perfect summer drink that can also be served as a welcome drink in your summer dinner parties and kids.
