Instructions
  1. Cut red portion of watermelon into cubes and add into a juicer and collect the juice in a pitcher.
  2. Add rest of the ingredients into the watermelon juice and stir well.
  3. Pour into glasses and add handful of ice cubes, garnish with fresh mint leaf and serve chilled.
