Perfect anytime munching snack. Something that not only children love but also a favorite of many adults. Pasta comes from Italy and here in India we adapted it well n even transformed it into various fusions as per our choice of taste. Penne Pasta the cylindrical one is one of my favorite type. Chilli Garlic Creme Penne is simple and easy to cook. I ate this first at a road side food joint in Bhopal n fell in love with the creamy taste of it.
- Boil the penne pasta in water till it gets moist n soft.
- Drain the water and immediately wash the penne with cold water to avoid stickiness.
- In a pan take olive oil n heat.
- Now add chopped garlic and saute them till they turn golden in colour.
- Add boiled penne and toss them all well.
- Now add creme , salt and oregano and mix well.
- Turn the gas to medium flame and cook till the creme becomes thick and glossy.
- Switch off the gas and put some chilli flakes and oregano flakes on top.
- Chili Garlic Creme Penne is ready.
- Serve hot!
