Ingredients
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 chocolate tblspn drinking
- 1 pinch salt of
- 3/4 cup sugar (powdered)
- 6 tbsps milk
- 3 tbsps butter melted
- 1/2 cup almonds chopped
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 tbsps brown sugar
- 1 tbsp chocolate drinking for sprinkling

Instructions
- Sieve the plain flour, baking powder, salt and drinking chocolate together in a large bowl and keep aside.
- Powder the sugar in a grinder and mix it with the dry mix along with milk, melted butter, vanilla essence and chopped almonds.
- Mix them all nicely with a spatula, till it combines and form a thick mixture.
- Pre heat the oven on 200 degree C.
- Now empty the mixture into a 6" greased round baking tin and spread evenly.
- Now sprinkle the brown sugar and drinking chocolate on the mixture.
- Boil 1 1/4 cup of water and pour it on the top of the mixture.
- Bake in the pre heated oven at 200 degree C for around 30-35 mins.
