Instructions
Sieve the plain flour, baking powder, salt and drinking chocolate together in a large bowl and keep aside.
Powder the sugar in a grinder and mix it with the dry mix along with milk, melted butter, vanilla essence and chopped almonds.
Mix them all nicely with a spatula, till it combines and form a thick mixture.
Pre heat the oven on 200 degree C.
Now empty the mixture into a 6″ greased round baking tin and spread evenly.
Now sprinkle the brown sugar and drinking chocolate on the mixture.
Boil 1 1/4 cup of water and pour it on the top of the mixture.
Bake in the pre heated oven at 200 degree C for around 30-35 mins.
