A big hello to all the lovely people! It’s weekend again and time to indulge into some yummy food. How many of you go outing on weekends? Well I prefer staying back home because that’s the only time when I get a little time for myself to rest. No workout, only sleep .. haha!

Watermelon, pomegranate, lemon, ginger, mint and honey…. yeah, that’s my detox for the day! Ain’t that beautiful? It’s refreshing, filling, great antioxidant and keeps you hydrated whole day. It’s an easy, rich in vitamins and essentials nutrients and a perfect summer drink that can also be served as a welcome drink in your summer dinner parties and kids. You can also try your own variations by adding blueberry, strawberry or even pomegranate.
For making this super easy detox drink all you need is watermelon , Ginger Juice, lemon juice, Fresh Mint, honey (quantity can be adjustable as needed), pinch salt and plenty of ice cubes, You can serve this drink either chilled or can also have it in room temperature. Watermelon Ginger Detox drink is made in simple 3 easy steps that can be made even in a jiffy. Cut red portion of watermelon into cubes and add into a juicer and collect the juice in a pitcher. Add rest of the ingredients into the watermelon juice and stir well. Pour into glasses and add handful of ice cubes, garnish with fresh mint leaf and serve chilled.
