Kiwi Lime Jelly Cups is a quick and easy citrus dessert, rich in vitamin C and a delicious summer treat for children. It’s Vegan as we are substituting gelatine with Vegetarian Jelly Powder.
This summer treat can be made by kids keeping them involved in kitchen activity. You can either replace kiwi with other fruits or even add more fruits like strawberries, grapes, berries etc along.
What is Vegetarian Jelly Powder ?
Vegetarian jelly powder is a vegan product extracted from seaweed, the perfect substitute for gelatin, sets in a short time with minimal water separation. It is soluble in boiling water and easy to set at room temperature. Your ideal choice for water and milk based jellies, cup jellies, transparent fruit jelly cake and a wide range of gel textures. How To Make This Delicious Jelly Cups :
Peel and chop kiwis and keep aside. Heat water and sugar and stir until sugar dissolves ( you can also use powdered sugar or syrup). Turn off heat, add vegetarian jelly powder and stir until dissolved. Add lemon juice / lime juice and mix. Pour mix into bowls/cups and add chopped kiwis. Refrigerate 1-2 hours or until jelly sets.
Enjoy Kiwi Lime Jelly Cups chilled.

- Add lemon juice / lime juice and pinch of salt. Mix well.
- Pour lemonade into bowls/cups and add chopped kiwis.
- Refrigerate 1-2 hours or until jelly sets. Enjoy Kiwi Lime Jelly Cups chilled.
Note :
- You can also use powdered sugar or syrup
