My love for Coffee is eternal. I’m not a Tea drinker but I can survive on coffee all life. Which is why I’ve been trying all variants of coffees nowdays. Beetroot Coffee is my current favorite. The pink color of the coffee doesn’t really make it look like one but trust me it tastes amazing. You can smell the coffee along with natural sweetness of the beet. If you allow it to sit down for a while you can notice tri color in a cup which is actually a real fancy looking coffee. Best on a cold winter evening…full marks to this recipe. You can use Soy Milk or Almond milk to make this recipe Vegan.
To make BEETROOT COFFEE :
In a bowl take 2 tsp Beetroot powder and add 1 cup hot milk. Stir well. In a separate bowl add 2 tsp Instant Coffee Powder and add 2 tbsp water. Stir well. In a serving cup, add 1 tbsp Honey, prepared Beetroot milk and top it with coffee mix. Serve hot.
