Cooking Mutton to perfection is quite a task and also majorly depends on the quality of meat being used and the technique of course. Coming from a hard core non vegetarian family, mutton or lamb recipes are the primary things we learn. The recipes adapted from our moms and Grand moms are definitely a keeper. I’m glad I grew up learning from them and that’s how they taught me how to get that perfectly cooked meat without spoiling the curry. Correct ingredients, constant eyeballing and of course foolproof cooking skills makes a brilliant recipe. Wait…did I say eyeballing? Well not anymore!
