Strawberry & Chocolate Mousse – Eggless

by Shaheen Ali

Its winter and new year to celebrate, so what better than having a chilled strawberry and chocolate mousse. Well yes, strawberry and chocolate go hand in hand is a classic combination. The duo signifies celebration, love and happiness all over. And when it comes eggless it’s a blessing to all those who love to avoid eggs or are the vegetarians. The most easy recipe which is a blockbuster in my house comes for you today. I have used apple juice in the recipe but if you don’t have it, don’t worry. Just add water instead of juice, it hardly makes any difference. Light, airy, chocolaty and creamy…when everything comes together, you know it what it is….. so let us quickly have a look on the simple ingredients required to make this exotic looking dessert.
