Made the very popular Vegetable Jhalfrezi using Kitchen King by Ciba Taaza Spices and it was delicious. We enjoyed it with some flat breads and rice along with some dal and salad too. Check out the recipe below and do let me know your experience of cooking with Ciba Taaza Spices.

- 2 Large Potatoes
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1/2 cup Carrot, boiled dices
- 1/2 cup Beans, boiled
- 2 Onion, sliced
- 1 Tomato, sliced
- 1 cup Capsicum, sliced
- 1/2 cup Green Peas
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Yellow chili powder By Ciba Taaza Spices
- 1 tbsp Kitchen King Masala By Ciba Taaza Spices
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt as needed
- 1/2 cup Oil adjustable
- Fresh Chopped Coriander for garnish
Ingredients

- Cut the potatoes into thick batons. Deep fry the batons and keep aside.
- Now heat oil in a heavy bottom pan and add in whole zeera / cumin and allow it to crackle.
- Add in chopped onions and saute over medium heat till light brown in color.
- Add in the tomatoes and saute for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle in salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, yellow chili powder and coriander powder.
- Add in capsicum, cauliflower, carrot, beans and Saute.
- Add in kitchen king masala along with fried potato batons.
- Adjust seasoning and finish with coriander leaves and lemon juice.
- Transfer to a bowl and serve hot with Indian breads.
