Instructions
  1. Cut the potatoes into thick batons. Deep fry the batons and keep aside.
  2. Now heat oil in a heavy bottom pan and add in whole zeera / cumin and allow it to crackle.
  3. Add in chopped onions and saute over medium heat till light brown in color.
  4. Add in the tomatoes and saute for 5 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle in salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, yellow chili powder and coriander powder.
  6. Add in capsicum, cauliflower, carrot, beans and Saute.
  7. Add in kitchen king masala along with fried potato batons.
  8. Adjust seasoning and finish with coriander leaves and lemon juice.
  9. Transfer to a bowl and serve hot with Indian breads.
