  1. Peel and chop kiwis and keep aside.
  2. Heat water and sugar and stir until sugar dissolves ( you can also use powdered sugar or syrup)
  3. Turn off heat, add meron vegetarian jelly powder and stir until dissolved.
  4. Add lemon juice / lime juice and pinch of salt. Mix well.
  5. Pour lemonade into bowls/cups and add chopped kiwis.
  6. Refrigerate 1-2 hours or until jelly sets. Enjoy Kiwi Lime Jelly Cups chilled.
Recipe Notes

Note : 

  • You can also use powdered sugar or syrup
  • You can add more fruits like strawberries, grapes, berries etc.
