Left over bread corners… always wondered what to do with them, till i found an amazing way to use them making Bread fingers. Quick and easy, takes merely anytime to prepare these crispy crunchy fries.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Bread corners / sides
- 4 tbsps Gram Flour Besan
- 4 tbsps Cornflour - tbl spn
- Salt as needed
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes
- 5 tbsps Poppy seeds khuskhus
- Oil for frying

Instructions
- In a bowl take besan, cornflour, salt and chilli flakes. Add water gradually to make a thin batter.
- In a plate spread khuskhus/poppy seeds and keep aside.
- Take the bread sides and dip into the batter one by one. Roll the dipped bread side on khuskhus so that it gets coated from all sides.
- Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the bread corners/ sides.
- Transfer the fries on paper towels so that the excess oil gets absorbed.
- Serve hot with Tomato sauce/ chutneys/ dips.
