Chole Bhature is an absolutely decadent treat that is a must-try if u are a Punjabi food lover … It is one of many Punjabi specialties. It is also something I cook less often. Only because of a personal preference for Rajma (red kidney beans). Over the years, I have tried many recipes for chole recipes till i had my very own recipe, that is a family pleasure now.

Gobhi / Cauliflower is the alone vegetable that makes my meal complete. Today as i skipped my lunch and was hungry late evening, i just thought to spice up my high tea with Chilli Gobhi. Cauliflower florets cooked with an oriental tang. Though it goes best with Noodles or Fried rice, i decided to have it as a snack….lol

Usually Malai Kofta is all about Paneer koftas stuffed with dry fruits and cream. But i thought of adding a lil twist in the koftas specially. Had few peas, one cauliflower and some beans left in my fridge. So just added them in the koftas to make it more rich. Interesting..? Malai kofta is ready to be served. Serve hot with Butter Naan or Tandoori Roti.

Perfect anytime munching snack. Something that not only children love but also a favorite of many adults. Pasta comes from Italy and here in India we adapted it well n even transformed it into various fusions as per our choice of taste. Penne Pasta the cylindrical one is one of my favorite type. Chilli Garlic Creme Penne is simple and easy to cook. I ate this first at a road side food joint in Bhopal n fell in love with the creamy taste of it.
