Instructions
  1. Boil pasta, strain and collect in a bowl.
  2. Heat oil in a wok and add pepper, cardamom and cinnamon and saute it for few seconds.
  3. Now add slit green chilies, chopped onions and grated ginger. Mix well and saute till raw smell goes off.
  4. Add all the chopped vegetables and stir again.
  5. Now add water and salt, cover the lid and cook at low flame till vegetables are soft and cooked.
  6. Now slowly start adding coconut milk on low heat, so that the milk does not curdle. Keep string and cook for another 2-3 mins at low heat.
  7. Once the stew starts to thicken, add boiled pasta and cook for another few minutes.
  8. Serve hot with appam or you can enjoy it as a soup as well.
