  1. Wash and cut vegetables as required. Keep side.
  2. Heat olive oil in a wok (if you don’t have olive oil, use any vegetable oil), simmer the gas and add chopped ginger and garlic and saute for a while.
  3. Now add broccoli and bell pepper and saute for 4-5 mins in medium to high flame.
  4. Season with salt, and black pepper powder and saute for another couple of minutes.
  5. Add chicken broth (you can also use any vegetable stock, 1/3 cup) and stir well.
  6. Cook till the broth thickens and incorporates well and the veggies get crisp-tender.
  7. Turn off the gas, add some freshly crushed black pepper and serve hot with rice.
