Spring season has arrived and so has the month of love and happiness. Yes! the Valentine Month is here and it’s the time to celebrated joy, love, togetherness and companionship. With this noble thought, i here by introduce you to my next featured guest on my blog, SOMA PRADHAN. A name that needs no introduction, yes Soma is one of the most talented person i have met in recent times. Though we haven’t got an opportunity to meet each other but in such a short span of time, me and Soma have become good friends over social media and i’m sure for life time as well. A super talented young lady, who blogs at FLAVOURS UNLIMITED , is not just a food blogger but also an amazing photographer and artist. Her website depicts a story of her life with some amazing travelogue docs and her artistic site as well.
So as i was saying, it’s Valentine month, hence Soma brings us one of her amazingly crafted and curated recipe Orange Rasmalai with some mouth watering images. Though i have a couple of Rasmalai recipes in my blog, but this one shall always be one special one. When Soma, shared her idea about this dessert, i was keen to read the recipe and try all by my own. The use of Orange to the dessert is a great fusion to the original recipe with a twist and trust me it tastes out of the world, and i can vouch on it’s taste as i personally love desserts with a citrus flavor.
So let us now quickly move to to see what Soma has to tell about her creation …
Soma Pradhan says – “Milk Based desserts always have a special room in my heart and Rasmalai constantly brings me down on knees. Hence, when I got the opportunity to do a guest post for one my most favorite blogger who is also an extremely talented food stylist, I didn’t want to let her down and after brainstorming through a couple of recipes, I zeroed down on curating some Orange Flavoured Rasmalai which is very much in the season. Since, it is a known fact that Citrus and Milk do not work well together, it was a challenge for me to bring the two flavors together. Fortunately, the end product came out beautifully well and taste complemented each other. This is a must try recipe as the flavours are very refreshing, citrussy, fragrant and melt in mouth which is sure to win you many accolades.”
