Instructions
  1. In a big bowl take the left over rice & mash with hands properly
  2. Now add all the other ingredients mix well to form a dough .
  3. Make equal sized balls and shape them into vada or flat tikki by flattening them by your palm ( not very thick)
  4. Heat oil in a kadhai/ vok and deep fry the vadas on low to medium flame till they turn nice, crisp & brown from both sides.
  5. Take out the vadas on a blotting/ tissue paper to absorb the excess oil.
  6. Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
