  1. Peel the pomegranate and take out the pearls in a bowl. You can also use ready made pomegranate juice.
  2. In a juicer mixer jar, add pomegranates and extract fresh juice.
  3. If your juicer does not have a strainer then strain the juice in a pitcher.
  4. Add lemon juice, sugar, salt and crushed mint leaves and stir well till the sugar particles get dissolved.
  5. This is the concentrated mix. Add half a portion of the concentrated juice with half soda or water in the serving glass.
  6. Drop some lemon wedges in it and lots of ice to serve chilled.
  7. Store the concentrated mix in a pitcher and refrigerate. Try to consume it within a week.
