Instructions
  1. Heat oil or butter in a pan and add chopped onions and saute till they are light brown in color.
  2. Once the onions are done add chopped tomatoes, corn kernels and beans, cook on high flame till the tomatoes are mushy and starts to thicken.
  3. Take fresh paneer and crush it with hands or you can also grate it. Add it to the pan and season with Elsabor’s spice mix and salt as needed. Mix well and cook for another few minutes.
  4. Now add some taco sauce and give a nice stir, turn off the gas and sprinkle some fresh coriander.
  5. To make tacos, take Elsabor’s Taco shell (one at a time) , line it with a lettuce leaf if you like or you may directly stuff it with the paneer mix.
  6. add some grated carrot and cabbage on top along with some mayonnaise and sprinkle some spice mix for some extra zing.
  7. Your Paneer Corn n Bean Tacos are good to go!
