Instructions
  1. In a bowl add, lemon juice, olive oil, a pinch of black pepper and ginger powder and mix well to make a dressing.
  2. Add shredded lettuce to the dressing and mix well.
  3. Season with some salt if needed and keep aside.
  4. Hard boil the eggs and peel them once they are cool.
  5. Cut the eggs in quadrants length wise and add to the lettuce salad.
  6. Add some oat crackers to the salad, give a quick toss and serve along with some toasted bread and milk.
