Instructions
Cut paneer into long dices and keep aside.
In a non stick pan / wok, heat oil and saute chopped garlic.
Now add butter, green chilli paste, capsicum paste and peanut powder. Fry well for few mins.
Add a pinch of turmeric, sugar, coconut milk and allow to cook on medium flame till the coconut milk thickens.
As soon as the milk start to thicken add sweet garlic sauce and torn basil/ tulsi leafs. Stir well to make a creamy texture.
Audjst seasoning with maggi masala and salt. Mix all together to blend in with the sauce.
Now take the paneer dices and adjust them in the satay sticks.
Dip the paneer cubes into the sauce and micrwave them in a microwave safe vessel at high mode for 2mins.
After 2 mins turn the paneer cubes to the other side and again pour some sauce over them and microwave for another 2-3 mins.
Serve hot with fresh green salad and peanut basil sauce !!!
