  1. Heat oil in a pan (preferably non stick pan) and add cumin seeds and wait till it crackles.
  2. Now add grated ginger and green chilies. Saute till brown, add add cut potatoes and stir fry. Cover lid and cook for 3-4 mins until done.
  3. Add green peas and mix well. Season with some fresh ground black pepper , salt as per taste and drizzle lemon juice. Stir well and saute for another 5-6 minutes.
  4. Now add fresh chopped coriander, give a quick stir to combine and turn off the gas.
  5. Serve in a bowl, add some chopped onion and tomatoes on top. Garnish with mint leaves and enjoy this delicious evening snack with a hot cup of tea.
