Ingredients
  • 2 cups Yogurt curd / thick – / 400 gms
  • 1 cup Grapes – cut into two halves
  • 1 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • Salt – as needed
  • 2 pinchs cumin Roasted powder
  • 1 pinch chili powder Red
  • Mint – few leaves for garnish

  • 2 cups Yogurt curd / thick – / 400 gms
  • 1 cup Grapes – cut into two halves
  • 1 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • Salt – as needed
  • 2 pinchs cumin Roasted powder
  • 1 pinch chili powder Red
  • Mint – few leaves for garnish
Instructions
  1. Take yogurt / thick curd in a large mixing bowl and whisk to make it smooth and creamy.
  2. Add salt and sweet as needed and whisk again till sugar dissolves.
  3. Add chopped grapes and fold such that the grapes gets along with the curd nicely.
  4. Season with roasted cumin powder and red chili powder and garnish with mint leaves and few sliced grape pieces.
