Chocolate Cobbler By Bobby Kochhar
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven at 180 degree Celsius and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, sift flour, wheat flour, cocoa powder ,baking powder and salt.
  3. Add sugar and mix it nicely.
  4. Whisk milk and butter and add it to the flour mixture.
  5. Mix it nicely but there will be some lumps which is okay and it will be quite dry .
  6. Spread it in a greased dish.
  7. Mix brown sugar , white sugar , salt and cocoa powder and spread it over flour mixture.
  8. Add coffee and vanilla essence to boiling water and pour it slowly over the crust mixture.
  9. Bake it for 30- 40 minutes.
  10. Serve it warm with Vanilla ice cream.
