French toast is an absolute decadent dessert with the goodness of milk, egg , chocolate, cinnamon. Children love to have it even as evening snacks. French toast is my son’s fav tiffin. Easy to make and can even be prepared in a jiffy. This sinful dessert has rescued me many times when there are sudden arrival of guests and i have nothing to serve as a dessert. Roll ups are like taking a step ahead to make the regular french toast look and taste more rich and divine. The melt in mouth roll ups are now something which my son…

The combination of coffee n cocoa is always a kick ass! Cappuccino is something which i love to have anytime and every time. Summers not just make us sweat and exhaust but also gives us a number of reasons to have some chilled beverages, One of them is Hershey’s iced cappuccino. My love for it looks to be growing day by day. If nothing comes into my mind then Hershey’s iced cappuccino…

My best friend traveled all the way from Ratlam to visit us… nothing can be more blissful than spending a moment with old friends and re-living the good times spent. And what better way to celebrate the occasion than having a luscious, ganache glazed truffle cake with filling of chocolate , nuts and cherries….complete bliss! If chocolate is a sin, i am happy to be a sinner! It was Khan sahab’s birthday yesterday and this time i wanted to bake a cake that is my family’s favorite. I have often seen my son Abeer and Khan sahab fighting over a piece of chocolate cake. That was when i decided to go for a dark chocolate cake lined with Nutella layer in between and an absolute mouth melting ganache frosting to go with it. Didn’t wanted to go with that regular chocolate sponge cake, so after a long search i finally ended up picking just the…

An Aloo/ potato can never go wrong !!! I strongly believe that even if the whole world finish, aloo will be the only thing surviving. There is no corner of this world (i know there isn’t a corner actually) where aloo is not cooked. Such an humble vegetable, doesn’t mind getting into with anything. One of my favorite Mughlai veg recipe is Tandoori Aloo . In fact the best Microwave recipe for Aloo. It has quite a couple of times rescued me when there is a sudden arrival of guests and there is scarcity of vegetables at home. Tandoori Aloo…

Here falls a holiday again…! My cooking took a fancy turn again to please my son amd make his holiday worth. Presenting Paneer Malai Tikka with Cream Dip , Sauce , lil salad and accompanied by Jeweled Dark Chocolate Cake and Hot Chocolate Drink. Normally the Paneer Tikka is grilled in microwave but sometime i found that after grilling the tikkas use to get tight. So this time i opted to shallow roast them in a non stick tawa. The outer crust became crisp and the softness of the paneer inside kept intact.

Usually Malai Kofta is all about Paneer koftas stuffed with dry fruits and cream. But i thought of adding a lil twist in the koftas specially. Had few peas, one cauliflower and some beans left in my fridge. So just added them in the koftas to make it more rich. Interesting..? Malai kofta is ready to be served. Serve hot with Butter Naan or Tandoori Roti.
