A quick preview :
To make Red Pesto Penne firstly heat olive oil in a pan and add chopped garlic. Saute for few seconds until light brown. Add sliced mushrooms and fry for a minute or two and then add roughly chopped tomatoes & olives and cook for 2-3 minutes until soft. Now add the boiled pasta to the pan along with 1-2 tbsp of water and mix well with the mushrooms and tomatoes. Add in the red pesto sauce and stir gently to blend in the flavors. Season with salt and pepper and mix well to combine. Serve immediately.

- 2 cups (200 grams) Penne Pasta Boiled
- 1/2 cup Red Pesto Sauce
- 2 -3 Tbsp Sliced Black Olive
- 1 cup Button Mushrooms s;iced
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic finely chopped or minced
- 1 Big Tomato Roughy chopped
- Salt & Black pepper to taste
