Watermelon and cucumber are both rice source vitamins and contain water in a large quantity. A bowl full of watermelon is equal to having 2 liters of water. Now isn’t that amazing! - 1/2 Watermelon - cut (medium size)
- 1 Cucumber - medium
- Mint - few leaves
- 1 Feta cheese - cube (small)
- 2 tbsp Honey - to drizzle
- 1/2 Lime
Ingredients

- Slice off the red part of the watermelon and dice it. Collect the dices in a bowl.
- Peel and cut cucumber into small pieces and add in the bowl along with watermelon.
- Toss gently and add few torn mint leaves, crushed feta cheese and toss again.
- Squeeze half lime all over and drizzle some honey.
- Give a quick mix with a ladle and refrigerate it for 10 mins.
- Serve chilled!
