Instructions
  1. To make 2 cups Kahwa take 3 cups Water and add 1/2 inch Cinnamon, 4 Crushed Green Cardamom, 1 generous pinch of saffron strands, 1 tsp dried Rose Petals and 4 tsp Sugar.
  2. Let it boil until water reduces to 2 cups. Turn off heat.
  3. Add slivered Almonds in serving cup and pour hot Kahwa.
  4. Sprinkle some Saffron strands and serve hot.

  • Perfect for cleansing your palate after a heavy meal.
  • Taste notes are warm, nutty, spicy.
  • Goes well with: Rice pilaf and seekh kebab.
