Mix flour , mashed bananas and all the other ingredients together in a large bowl to make a flowing batter. You can adjust the amount of milk as per the consistency of the batter required. Make sure the batter should not be runny. Keep aside for 10 mins.
Heat oil in a wok. As soon as the oil is hot drop small scoops of batter in oil for frying. Fry the fritters till golden in color.
