Instructions
  1. Sieve flour and cornflour together and keep aside.
  2. In a large mixing ball, add curd and sugar and whisk it til sugar melts completely.
  3. Add baking powder and baking soda in the curd mix and stir well and keep aside for 2-3 mins till bubbles start appearing.
  4. Now add oil and vanilla essence and mix again nicely.
  5. Start adding the flour mix slowly and little by little and fold to make a smooth batter.
  6. Now add the chocolate chips and mix again.
  7. Pre heat the oven at 180 degree C and meanwhile line the muffin tray with your favorite muffin liners.
  8. Fill the muffin liners with the batter and sprinkle few choco chips on top.
  9. Bake for 15-20 mins or till the tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
  10. Cool the muffins on a wire rack and serve with tea or coffee.
