Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 c and grease the muffin pan.
  2. Add four eggs to bowl and whip until frothy .
  3. Mix all the ingredients in to the eggs and check the seasoning.
  4. Pour the mixture into the muffin  mould .
  5. Bake in the oven for 10 -15 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and cool in the pan for 5 minutes .
  7. Carefully remove the egg muffins from the mould .
  8. Serve it hot with ketchup.
