 CHOCOLATE CUP CAKES with BUTTER CREAM FROSTING

Instructions
  1. Sieve all purpose flour, cocoa powder and baking powder together in a large bowl and keep aside.
  2. In a bowl or a blender mix the sugar and butter well till they are well combined.
  3. Now add two eggs at a time and keep whipping till it becomes a smooth and creamy batter.
  4. Add vanilla essence to it and mix well.
  5. Now start adding the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients slowly to make a smooth and fine chocolaty batter.
  6. Add thick curd in the batter and mix well.
  7. Take silicon cup cake molds and pour in the batter into individual molds. Make sure to fill them half as the cake will rise.
  8. Pre heat the oven at 180 degree C and bake the cake for around 30mins or till a tooth pick comes out clean.
  9. Take out the cup cakes from the oven and place them on a wire rack to cool/
  10. Once the cakes are cool, take them out from the molds and arrange them on a tray.
Vanilla Butter Cream Frosting –
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the butter and vanilla essence until smooth.
  2. Now add icing sugar and whisk it till properly mixed.
  3. Add the milk and combine all together.
  4. Keep whisking till the frosting is light and fluffy for around 5-6 mins.
  5. Fill the frosting into a pastry bag and pipe it on the cups cakes.
Raspberry Butter Cream Frosting –
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the butter and vanilla essence until smooth.
  2. Now add icing sugar and whisk it till properly mixed.
  3. Add the milk and combine all together.
  4. Keep whisking till the frosting is light and fluffy for around 5-6 mins.
  5. Add few drops of food color (raspberry) and mix till the color is even.
  6. Fill the frosting into a pastry bag and pipe it on the cups cakes.
Chocolate Butter Cream Frosting –
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the butter and vanilla essence until smooth.
  2. Now add icing sugar and cocoa powder and whisk it till properly mixed.
  3. Add the milk and combine all together.
  4. Keep whisking till the frosting is light and fluffy for around 5-6 mins.
  5. Fill the frosting into a pastry bag and pipe it on the cups cakes.
  6. P.S: If you are not using the frosting immediately, then cover it with a cling wrap to prevent it from drying and refrigerate it.
Garnishing :
  1. Garnish the chocolate butter cream frosting with oreo biscuit.
  2. Sprinkle the silver balls on the other cup cakes.
  3. P.S: You can even use colorful sprinkles, cherries or fresh fruits for garnishing.
