  1. Take a large bowl and sieve all purpose flour twice. Add tutti fruity and cinnamon powder in it and mix well with a fork. Keep aside.
  2. In a separate bowl take granulated sugar and curd and blend it nicely till the sugar gets dissolved.
  3. Now add baking soda and baking powder in it and mix well. Keep aside for 5 mins till you see bubbles appearing.
  4. As soon as u see the bubble forming in curd mix , add vanilla essence and cooking oil and blend all over again for 2 mins.
  5. Now gradually start adding the dry ingredients into it. Put 2 tbsp at a time and blend well with all the wet ingredients till it becomes thick and creamy.
  6. Meanwhile pre heat the oven at 200 degree C for 10-12mins.
  7. Pour the batter into silicone cup cake molds and top it with some left over tutti fruity. Make sure the batter is half filled in the mold as it will raise after baking.
  8. Place the cup cake molds in a baking tray and bake it in the pre heated oven for 25-30 mins or till a tooth pick comes out clean.
  9. NOTE : I had some batter left which i poured into a loaf pan and made a tooti fruity loaf as well.
