Tandoori Momos – Snack Recipe

Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients listed for marinade and combine to make a smooth mix.
  2. Marinate steamed momo (veg/non veg) with the prepared mix for 1 hour.
  3. Grease Borosil baking dish and place the marinated momos on it keeping 1 inch space in between.
  4. Place the dish in a pre heated oven and grill the momos for 12 mins at 180°C or until golden and charred. Bast some butter in between.
  5. Serve hot with chili garlic dip and mayonnaise.
