Ingredients
- 4-5 Good quality Strawberries Chopped
- 2 Tbsp Powder Sugar
- 1/2 Cup fresh cream
- 1/4 Cup White Chocolate Chopped
- 1 Tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon Powder Optional
- Marshmallow & Strawberries For Garnish

Instructions
- In a blender add Strawberries with powdered sugar and grind to make a fine puree.
- Transfer into a bowl, add cream and stir well.
- Pour the mix in a sauce pan and bring it to boil.
- Add chopped White chocolate and mix until dissolves.
- Add vanilla extract and cinnamon powder. Give a quick stir and turn off heat.
- Serve hot in a cup with Marshmallows and fresh Strawberries.

- Use good quality Strawberries
- Quality of sugar can be adjusted as per liking.
- Blend cream with Strawberry puree nicely.
- Serve hot
- Use topping of your choice.
