  1. Soak the saboodana (sago) in water for 30 mins.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. Boil the potatoes till done.
  4. Peel and mash fine.
  5. Add the soaked saboodanan, green chilies, coriander, coriander seeds, sesame seeds, roasted n crushed peanuts, zeera powder and salt to the potatoes and mix well.
  6. Divide the mixture into 10 equal parts.
  7. Shape them round, log, heart or a patty and shallow fry in medium hot oil till golden.
  8. Serve with tomato sauce, chutney or lemon wedges.
