  1. In a large bowl, mix butter and powdered sugar. Whisk it till creamy and light.
  2. Add maida and tuti fruity and mix all together with your hand.
  3. Add 1-2 tbsp of milk to make a smooth and sticky dough.
  4. Take a sheet of butter paper. shape the dough as a log and roll withing the butter paper. Dust the log with some flour while rolling. Pack the both the sides of the butter paper roll.
  5. Set the rolled logs in the freezer for 40-45mins. This will make the log firm.
  6. After 40 mins take out the log from the freezer and unroll it from the butter paper. Take a sharp knife and make equal sized slices. Mean while pre heat the oven 350 degree C for 10 mins. You can keep the biscuit slices in the refrigerator till the oven is pre heating.
  7. In a baking tray adjust parchment paper / butter paper and place the biscuits. Keep some distance between the biscuits as it may expand a little while baking.
  8. Bake them for 12 – 15 mins only. Keep checking them in intervals. It took me correct 15 mins to bake the cookies.
  9. Cool them on a wire rack and later store them in an air tight container.
