  1. In a bowl soak whole cashews in luke warm water for 30 min.
  2. Discard water and add dates & soaked cashews in a grinder jar.
  3. Add half of the milk into the jar first and grind to make a fine paste.
  4. Now add the remaining milk, milk powder and fresh cream to the Cashew & Dates mix. Grind again to make a fine & smooth ice cream base.
  5. Transfer the mix in an air tight container and add in some chopped cashews to the base and cover with a cling wrap.
  6. Close lid and freeze for 6-8 hours or preferably overnight for best result.
  7. Scoop out your delicious creamy Kaju Malai Ice Cream in bowls, garnish with some toasted cashew chunks and enjoy.
