  1. Take a 1/2 liter Mango juice bottle or any other left over mango soft drink, shake well and pour in an aluminium ice cream tray.
  2. Set to freeze for 1 hour.
  3. After 1 hour, stab the frozen drink with a fork to get a grainy texture and again freeze it.
  4. Once the drink is nicely frozen, scrap it with a fork and collect in a serving bowl/glass.
  5. Garnish with mint leaf and serve chilled.
