Ginger Cucumber Detox Juice
Instructions
  1. Take 1 liter water in a pitcher or a bottle and add fine sliced cucumber, lemon, ginger and fresh mint leaves.
  2. Close the lid and let the water rest for 8-10 hours. Preferable overnight.
  3. Next morning transfer the detox juice in a serving glass or a mason jar and drink empty stomach.
  4. Finish the detox juice till evening by drinking in regular intervals.
  5. If you don’t want to eat the cucumber then strain the water and discard the left over cucumber slices, lemon slices and mint. You can also add ice cubes during summers.
