Instructions
Sift flour and baking powder together and keep aside in a bowl.
Add 1/2 cup of funfettis into the flour and mix it with a fork.
In a separate bowl beat sugar and butter together till it becomes creamy.
Add one egg at a time and beat it untill light and fluffy.
Add vanilla extract and give a quick stir.
Add the dry flour mix into the wet mix gradually and fold in to make a smooth batter.
Pre heat the oven at 180 degree C and meanwhile like the paper muffin cups or the silicon cup molds.
Pour the batter into each cup. Fill the cup 3/4th only as the cake will rise while baking.
Place the cups in a tray and bake it at 180 degree C for 20-25 mins or till the tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
Transfer the cup cakes on wire rack and allow them to cool completely in room temp.
For frosting :
Take whipping cream in a bowl and add icing sugar to it. Blend it with an electric hand blender till it reaches soft peaks.
Fill the cream into the piping bag and pipe it on the cup cakes using any nozzle you want.
Sprinkle funfettis all over and serve!
