Crispy Aloo Tikki In Mealthy Crisp Lid

Instructions
  1. Collect boiled all ingredients expect oil in a bowl and mash to make a soft dough.
  2. Shape potato mixture into small patties and arrange on a baking sheet or plate and place the patties in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  3. Spray Crisp Lid fryer basket with cooking spray or brush with little oil. Place the patties in the fryer basket, with enough room to allow easy turning. For example 4-5 at a time, you can work in batches.
  4. Set Crisp Lid on top of inner steel pot and plug in. Set to 450°F / 230°C and set for 5 minutes. Open the lid and flip. Continue cooking until browned, about 2-3 minutes more.
  5. Carefully transfer the fried aloo tikki on the serving plate and top it with some fresh curd, tamarind chutney, mint chutney, chaat masala and pomegranate pearls. Enjoy your Aloo Tikki Chaat along with rains and a hot cup of Chai.
