  1. Wash, peel ans slice the mangoes and blend in a blender to make thick pulp.
  2. Now add cardamom powder , sugar if the mangoes aren’t sweet enough and crushed saffron strands. Blend it all again to make a fine pulp. Make sure there should be no lumps.
  3. Now add fresh cream and give it a quick blend again. You will now see the creamy and silky texture.
  4. Pour in small bowls and refrigerate it. Right before serving, garnish it with chapped cashew nuts and saffron strands.
Recipe Notes

Serve cold with hot and fluffy puris.
